At this time of year almost everyone looks at what they have done over the past year, thinks about what they want to do in the future and makes some New Year’s resolutions. We are no different here at Layton’s Chance. We have been evaluating what we did last year and how each event went. We are busy bees this time of year trying to up our game and improve how we serve you, our guests. And believe me, we are making many changes and improvements to this year’s Christmas Market thanks to some great ideas we got from all of you! Soooo, we would like to know what your Customer Experience Wishes are! And for a little extra incentive for every wish submitted we will donate $1 to the United Way!
