Set on more than 14 acres of beautiful vineyards, Layton’s Chance has a variety of great wines, a large picnic area with outdoor games, a nature trail, and a friendly staff that can’t wait to greet you!
Listen to music or bring a picnic and sit outside for our Concerts in the Country Series. Even dogs are welcome in our picnic area. We love to give our guests the complete vineyard and winery experience in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Iota Chi Zeta Chapter proudly presents Zeta Wine Down 2026—the largest D9-hosted event on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Join us for an unforgettable afternoon and evening of unlimited wine tasting, live entertainment, shopping, and fellowship at the beautiful Layton’s Chance Vineyard & Winery.
Join us on Saturday, September 12, 2026, beginning at 4:30 PM, for an experience you won’t want to miss.
Your $55 ticket includes:
Unlimited wine tasting
Light fare
Live entertainment featuring Focus Band

A curated marketplace featuring fashion, Greek apparel, jewelry, specialty foods, and more
A fun photo booth experience
New this year: The celebration doesn’t end when the main event does! We’re extending the experience with an onsite afterparty at the vineyard from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, giving you even more time to sip, dance, and celebrate—all without leaving the venue.
Last year, more than 450 guests joined us to sip, sway, and celebrate. This year, we’re raising the bar with an extended event, an exciting lineup of vendors, outstanding live entertainment, and even more unforgettable moments at the vineyard.
A portion of the proceeds benefits the Iota Chi Zeta Chapter Scholarship Fund and supports our community outreach initiatives throughout Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

Free parking is available. Please follow all posted parking signs to help preserve the vineyard grounds.
This is a rain-or-shine event.
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest.

The Vineyard Goes Pink
THE VINEYARD GOES PINK
Paint • Create • Honor • Remember
Some things are beautiful because of what they represent. This September, we invite you to create a pink pumpkin with us—not just as a decoration, but as a symbol of strength, hope, courage, and love in honor of Breast Cancer.
Join us at Layton’s Chance for a meaningful afternoon of wine, creativity, and remembrance as we paint and decorate beautiful pink pumpkins with pressed flowers, ribbons, and a dedication tag honoring someone special.
Create a pumpkin in honor of:
A breast cancer survivor
Someone currently fighting breast cancer
A loved one we carry in our hearts
Before you take your pumpkin home, it will become part of our Vineyard Goes Pink “Garden of Hope” during our Annual Harvest Festival on October 4th—a beautiful display of pumpkins, each carrying a story of someone who has been touched by breast cancer.
And most importantly, $10 from every ticket will be donated to Women Supporting Women, helping provide free support and services to local breast cancer fighters, survivors, and their families throughout Delmarva.
