Set on more than 14 acres of beautiful vineyards, Layton’s Chance has a variety of great wines, a large picnic area with outdoor games, a nature trail, and a friendly staff that can’t wait to greet you!

Listen to music or bring a picnic and sit outside for our Concerts in the Country Series. Even dogs are welcome in our picnic area. We love to give our guests the complete vineyard and winery experience in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.

Dog Days of Summer is coming!

Join us on 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟕𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟏𝟐–𝟒𝐩𝐦 for a paw-some afternoon full of furry fun, community support, yummy drinks, and tail wags!

We’ll have:

A special $5 wine cocktail
Doggie-themed fun all day long
Raffle baskets with tickets available for purchase
Opportunities to support an amazing local cause — Baywater Animal Rescue!
ALL raffle ticket proceeds go directly to Baywater, and we’ll also be donating 10% of the day’s sales to help support their mission!

We’d also love for guests to bring donations for Baywater during the event.

Most importantly, we hope our community comes out to support this fun event. Bring your friends, bring your family, and definitely bring your furry best friends too!

Everything was amazing

The staff was wonderful. They let us do set up a little earlier making things easier. They were wonderful given space for the caterer to work. Pam did a wonderful job communicating via e-mail, and the female who supplied the event with wine was great staying on top of filling the bottles and monitoring those who drank to much. I would suggest Layton’s chance to anyone!!!!!

I love the place and all their wines. Their events are always good too. For the last concert all was great. But the food truck did not accept credit cards and we never got any announcement about it. I would appreciate if next time the food truck will accept the cards or we will be notified on time to get cash elsewhere.

What a wonderful day!! Weather was perfect, food was very good, music just the right mix. Our party of 6 are still talking about what a special day it was for all. Thank you so much!

Everyone I spoke to on the phone and the ladies there the day of the shower were all so friendly and very accommodating. They were all a pleasure to work with!
