Sure, we have all heard of craft beers, but have you ever heard of craft wine?

102.5 WBOC’s Corey Phoebus recently paid a visit to Layton’s Chance Vineyard and Winery in Vienna, Md. to learn more about this special type of wine and their upcoming Christmas event.

Jennifer Layton, owner of Layton’s Chance, says craft wine is made in smaller batches. They have a craft wine called Impostor which actually tastes like beer. This type of wine is only served in the tasting room at the winery.

The Old Fashioned Christmas Market event is on Sunday, Nov. 19 from 1 pm-4 pm at Layton’s Chance Vineyard and Winery. Many vendors, carolers, food and wine will be at the event as well.
