Set on more than 14 acres of beautiful vineyards, Layton’s Chance has a variety of great wines, a large picnic area with outdoor games, a nature trail, and a friendly staff that can’t wait to greet you!

Listen to music or bring a picnic and sit outside for our Concerts in the Country Series. Even dogs are welcome in our picnic area. We love to give our guests the complete vineyard and winery experience in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.

Best sweet wine in MD! Love Joe’s Cool Red Turbo, harvest blush and the lemonade wine. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. If you’re headed towards Ocean City stop by as it is on the way!

I visited this winery for the first time on my 21st birthday after my kayak trip at Blackwater, and I just returned a few days ago. The wine is amazing, and the vineyards are lush & very well kept! The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. I highly recommend walking the trail (with a tasty wine slushie) around the back vineyard where you’ll see dozens of dragonflies amongst the huge wildflowers and trees. It’s truly a gem in the countryside, while still being conveniently located.

Had a great time! The room was ready for our bridal shower and all we needed to do was decorate the room. The staff was great and helpful even though they were busy at the bar! Great experience!
