We Are Solar Powered!
After years of mulling over the idea and finding creative ways to fund the project, we are proud to say that we have finally installed solar panels on our facility. We have lots of roof space and we need lots of energy. 177 panels cover our roofs that have the potential to power 70% of our energy use. These panels were installed on July 24th. Since then, we have powered an average of over 6.7 mega watt hours per day.
We are hosting an OPEN HOUSE on Friday, 9/11 from 11am-3pm with Paradise Energy Solutions. Join us for a solar open house and learn the many benefits of solar energy, FREE lunch provided!
To continue our GO GREEN Initiative, we would like to also utilize geothermal energy to assist in cooling our tanks and lessen the need for electricity.
