Farm Tours

Have you ever wondered what farming looks like in Maryland today? The Layton family has operated Lazy Day Farms for more than 50 years, farming a variety of crops- from tomatoes to cattle to soybeans, corn and wheat. We invite you to take a walk around the farm with Joseph H. Layton, Jr, and his 40 years of experience on the farm.

Tours are scheduled for 1pm on Saturdays and Sundays, or by appointment (minimum 5 people). School groups are welcome on weekdays by reservation.

Cost is $10 and includes a tasting of 5 wines and Layton's Chance wine glass.
