In May 2010, we will be opening our small farm winery nestled in the heart of the Eastern Shore of Maryland. We are located in Dorchester County, just minutes from historic Vienna, MD.
In order to continue our three generation farming legacy, we have chosen to diversify. In addition to our grain operations, we have begun growing grapes, from which we are producing our own wine! Here's a glimpse of what's coming at Layton's Chance Winery. You can spend the day touring the winery, tasting our wines, exploring the vineyard and enjoying our nature trails and picnic area. There even is an opportunity to view our working grain farm. We will be hosting musical evenings and other public events. In addition, our event room will be available for private occasions.
